NASA certified PC HD bags are our cleanest bags. Their base resin forms a super smooth film surface ideal for packaging items that are sensitive to scuffing and particles generation during transportation. PCHD bags are manufactured in our ISO Class 4 Clean Room; are available printed and unprinted, and suitable for Gamma or Ethylene Oxide sterilization. PCHD bags are not clear, they are translucent, with contact clarity. In gauges under two mil we have observed customers able to scan bar codes though PCHD as long as the bar codes are oversized and in direct contact with the film surface. PCHD bags are available with easy open linear tear features. Each order is manufactured from its own exclusive raw material lot to ensure the highest standards of traceability and quality. PCHD film resin bases are periodically tested for leachables and extractables, and off gassing characteristics. Each manufacturing job is tested for particle content, and certified with a letter of conformance. |
