Our Hard Header bags give you a tremendous marketing advantage over soft header and  reinforced header bags. Soft header, and reinforced header bags have flimsy film in the area of the bag that hangs on store rack pegs. The film on both sides of the hang hole folds over, hiding any marketing message printed on the top of the bags, and in some cases can even hide your product. Our hard header bags have a tough chip board glued between two layers of high clarity film in the hanging area, thus called a hard header. This chip board forms a  bill board in the peg hole hanging area, that your customers are sure to see from feet away!

This bag style can be made with a variety of film types. Polyethylene and polypropylene for normal barrier. Laminations for higher oxygen and moisture barrier. These bags can be process printed up to eight colors, and can be produced in sizes from 2 3/4" to 18" in width, and 7.5" to 27" in length.   

A variety of hang hole styles are available, and we can make a header area from 1.25 to 3" high. We also have the unique capability to make the hard header area narrower than compartment your product nests in. This allows you flexibility when your product has depth by saving hanging rack space! Your retail customers will love to hear that you are efficiently using store space, and it allows you to hang more dollars per square foot of hanging space.
